By creating an account or using PodManager.AI, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced here.

These Terms apply to all users, including free users and paying subscribers. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

PodManager.AI is a software platform designed to help creators manage, publish, and grow podcasts and related content.

Our services may include:

• Podcast setup and management.
• Content creation and editing tools.
• Social media scheduling and publishing.
• Analytics and performance insights.
• AI assisted features such as transcription, suggestions and automation.
• Team collaboration and workflow tools.
• Optional integrations with third party platforms.

Features may vary by subscription tier and availability may change over time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PodManager.AI.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

PodManager.AI allows you to connect third party platforms to publish content and view analytics.

By connecting a third party account:

• You authorize PodManager.AI to access data and perform actions on your behalf.
• You confirm that you have the right to connect and use that account.
• You acknowledge that third party platforms operate under their own terms.

PodManager.AI is not responsible for actions taken by third party platforms or changes to their APIs.

Some features may apply PodManager.AI branding or watermarks depending on your subscription tier.

• Free users must publish with PodManager.AI branding.
• Paid users may enable or disable branding.

Branding-enabled posts may earn PodCoins as described in the product interface. Watermark behavior is enforced automatically and cannot be bypassed.

PodCoins are virtual credits used within PodManager.AI.

• PodCoins may be earned or purchased.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable.
• PodCoins have no cash value.
• Credits may expire or change in value.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans with defined feature limits.

You may not use PodManager.AI for:

• Unlawful or abusive use.
• Publishing content without rights.
• Bypassing restrictions.
• Spamming or misleading audiences.

We want PodManager.AI to be a safe and respectful platform for everyone. Because our service allows you to upload and share video content, we have strict rules regarding what you can and cannot post.

You may not use our platform to upload, create, or share content that contains:

• Hate Speech: Content that attacks or discriminates against people based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or disability.
• Harassment: Bullying, threatening, or maliciously targeting individuals.
• Harmful or Illegal Material: Content depicting violence, exploitation, sexually explicit material, or anything that breaks the law.
• Misinformation:Deliberately deceptive or false information that could cause real-world harm.

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please use the reporting tools provided in the app or contact us immediately. We rely on our community to help keep the platform safe.

While we cannot proactively monitor every single video uploaded, we take ethical responsibility for our platform seriously. If we determine that you have violated these rules or breached globally accepted standards of decent behavior, we reserve the right to:

• Remove your content without warning.
• Suspend or permanently terminate your account.
• Report your actions and share your information with law enforcement authorities when legally applicable.

PodManager.AI is provided "as is" and "as available."

• No guarantee of performance outcomes.
• No guarantee of reach or engagement.
• No guarantee of third party availability.

PodManager.AI is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or third party actions. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updates.
